NATIONWIDE SERVICE
John Hardy and his team have successfully assisted clients with Building Plans and Project Management in their Self Build, Remodelling of existing and Barn Conversion Projects since 1978. This has been in many variable styles – including Contemporary – and many different types of construction materials.
We provide a Nationwide Service through our team and our initial visit is without charge or obligation.
John Hardy has also had personal experience of owning a Grade I Property - Kings Weston House designed by Sir John Vanbrugh and is very aware of the day-to-day complications and complexities that such a property can bring. In the grounds of Kings Weston House, John also personally built his own self-build home, amongst many other personal projects. The new building was attached to a Grade 1, Sir John Vanbrugh designed portico, known as the Loggia. This brought its own difficulties, above and beyond the usual self-build project. Not many individuals build a new Grade listed 1 home!
We can also assist our clients with a full surveying, architectural and project management service from concept to completion. Our service is adjusted to suit each client’s requirements.
John Hardy is a full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Builders. Other memberships include: The Institute of Historic Building Conservation, SAVE, The Georgian Society, The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings, The Historic Houses Association, Association of Project Safety and has been an active member of The Ecological Design Association, Kings Weston Preservation Society and the Architecture and Surveying Institute.
